Right of withdrawal

According to Directive 2011/83/EU of the European Parliament and of the Council, Article 16(c), the right of withdrawal does not apply to goods made to the consumer’s specifications or clearly personalised.

All products sold by SIA REO LAT are custom‑made based on the customer’s measurements, material choices and configuration.
Therefore, the 14‑day right of withdrawal does not apply.

When a return is possible

A return is possible only in the following cases:

• the delivered product does not match the order (incorrect dimensions, materials, colour);
• the product has a manufacturing defect;
• the product was damaged during delivery.

In these cases, SIA REO LAT will replace the product or issue a refund.

Return procedure

To report a non‑conformity, the customer must contact SIA REO LAT in writing at
reolat@apollo.lv, indicating:

• the order number,
• a description of the issue,
• photos (if possible).

Products must be sent to:
Kandavas Street 4C, Daugavpils, LV‑5401, Latvia.

Refund

Refunds will be issued using the same payment method used for the original transaction.
SIA REO LAT may withhold the refund until the product has been received and inspected.

Customer responsibility

The customer is responsible for any decrease in the value of the goods caused by improper use.
