The main difference is the double-layer fabric, consisting of transparent and opaque horizontal stripes. By overlapping these layers, the blinds allow:

• partially open (combined light transmission).

This provides a wide range of light adjustment, which is
more comfortable than conventional roller blinds. However, it is important to know that day-night blinds are not designed for complete blackout, as there is always minimal light between the layers of fabric.
